What does a 20-painting gallery pay?
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Full-service setup — 20 paintings × £150 | £3,000 one-off |
| Self-service alternative — 20 paintings × £50 | £1,000 one-off |
| Annual subscription (hosting, updates, support) | Quoted at scoping |
| Optional add-ons (animation, voiceovers, seasonal packs) | Per project |
At a typical 300+ interactions per month, that’s 3,600+ visitor engagements a year from a single one-off setup — engagement you can evidence to funders, trustees and accessibility auditors.
Pricing FAQs
What’s the difference between full-service and self-service?
Full-service means our team researches, scripts, narrates and animates each artwork for you. Self-service means you supply the scripts and source material and we produce the experience from them — at a third of the price.
What does the annual subscription cover?
Hosting of your stories and media, platform updates, and ongoing support. It’s quoted at scoping based on the size of your collection.
How does pay-per-scan work?
Virtual Tour Guides run on credits: each visitor scan costs 30p, billed on usage. Costs track your real visitor numbers, so a quiet winter doesn’t cost you a summer’s budget.
Can we add languages later?
Yes. Languages can be added to any artwork or tour at any time — multilingual voiceovers are an add-on, priced per language and per piece.
What do we need to provide?
A list of the artworks or tour stops, and — for self-service — your scripts and source material. For full-service, access to your curatorial notes is helpful but we can work from research alone.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of the collection or route — we confirm a timeline at scoping. Self-service projects with ready scripts move fastest.
